The problem is that the average member here is either too careless or too dumb not to send "Me too" and " Thank you" emails back to the entire community. 

Pse look at the archives. I just did a quick check on the recent months. Less than 5% of the emails posted here were actually questions or informative. 95% were useless personal yackety-yak. I also suggest to take a look at the Topband reflector archives at lists.contesting.com. You will notice that all posts there have relevant content. That is a properly maintained list, well worth to read. 

Maybe it is not too difficult to realize, that if only 5% of the posts here contains relevant info, the chance that it get lost (=deleted without getting attention) is much higher than if all emails marked with [1000mp] were informative or relevant.
