Dear Scott,
tnx for the reply.... did some more testing and must say I'm not satisfied
by my own results.
I'm using a Daiwa CN-101 SWR/PWR meter... and have the switch set to PEP.
I know the meter can not be trusted but it gives you an idea, still have the
ts850 picture in mind Hi.
Perhaps I'm suffering from some RFI ..feed back so will do the same using a
dummyload.
One thing I also noticed... I can barley see a difference playing with the
carrier offset not using the PROC. so I have a huge difference in audio
between no PROC and using the PROC.
The dynamic element I'm using is a high quality one but wide range
20.....12.000Hz. (will get an HC-5)
What I will do next, take the radio to a friend of my he has several
FT1000MP's and see if my radio causes the problem or its me who have it
between the ears.. Hi keep you posted.
Best regards,
Frans... (pa5ca)
