[1000mp] RTTY and the FT1000MP

I suffered the same frustration in trying to get my Mark V to key using
my interface for PSK-31. I finally threw in the towel and used the PTT
phono jack. I just made a separate connector. Works fine. The manual
says the open circuit voltage is +13.5v and closed circuit current is
1.5ma,
