[1000mp] FT-1000 with Heil PR-40

I'm using my FT-1000MP with a PR-40 with TX EDSP enabled/  RF Proc disabled
and a Behringer Voice Processor MDX2600 plus a Behringer FBQ3102 equalizer.
Both Behringer units cost abt 200 Euros in Germany. The setup is connected
to MP via a W2IHY line attenuator.
I have had both D and MP. On the long run, I prefered the MP receiver (both
Main and second RX.

Hello,

At this moment I use the FT-1000D and the FT-1000MP Mark-V Field, 
together with the Heil Goldline Presentation.

I am however very interested in the Heil PR-40. Who has some experience 
with this microphone and can give me a review, in combination with the 
1000D or Field.

The audio response of the PR-40 is 28 till 18,000 Hz. Would this be a 
bit too wide for normal SSB purposes?
