Hi,


I bought this radio from second hand and don't know if the 
previous owner set it up inproperly or something else is not right.
 
1.On my radio I can not turn Full BK off and
  consequently no VOX controll either but full bk.

2.When I turn on the MONITOR and I transmitt the SUB VFO
  light comes up as well as the SUB VFO's S Meter is flashing
  in accordance with the keying. If the MONITOR is off there is 
  no sidetone for CW.

3.If I turn off VRF by the little knob on the main dial, 
  quite often I have to push the PTT to get the receiver going.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
