Menu item 7-5 set the keyer delay time.  The factory default is 0.00
seconds, which will act like full break-in.  Set it to the amount of
delay time you want for semi-break-in (mine is set to 0.30 seconds).

VOX control is another thing, and is set by the pots under the small door
on the top panel, as I recall.  It's in the manual.

This is normal because the sub receiver is used as the "monitor".

The CW sidetone level (with MON off) is set by the pot accessed through a
hole on the rear cover.  It's in the manual.
