[1000mp] Mark V & MD-100 Mic Settings

This what I have and made the adjustments while talking to a friend.  On the
bottom on the MD-100 the switches from left to right are set to FILT, ON,
and 1.  My MIC is set to 11:00 and PROC to 2:00.  Of course that is for my
voice and all, but maybe this will give you a starting place to play.
