[1000mp] Roofing Filter

OK, Guys. It is now working. You had no idea what level of incompetence you
were dealing with! I put the first mod back in and it worked fine. Put the
Roofing filter back in and again - no bueno. My problem was not in the radio
it was between my ears. I had the cables reversed!
I ended up with the 9-1 menu set at 10. Now I'll see what I think of it.
