[1000mp] Dsable Clarifier shut-off

Hi Pete,

No help on the cat stuff.  Think W2GD was up your way.  He is dynamite!
Hoping to get him down this way to do some climbing for me.   He used to
operate with W3PP and myself at K4CG way back when.  A super op and knows
his antenna stuff.

Hope he solved your problems !  Keep up the good work on the newsletter,
Hope we will see some sort of article on what was fixed at your place
