[1000mp] Dsable Clarifier shut-off

Is there any way, through the menu system or via a CAT command, to prevent 
the Mark V's firmware from turning off the clarifier whenever the radio 
receives a frequency command via CAT?  I think the regular MP does the same 
thing.  The software I use permits small frequency excursions to be made 
from the keyboard but as soon as I make one, the clarifier is shut off any 
I must turn it back on by hand.
