[1000mp] Is QSK with the MP or the MarkV possible?

Welcome to the so-called QSK of the MP.  If you find a solution, I'm all
ears.  What you describe is what I hear, too.  It doesn't come even close to
the Kenwood TS930/40/50 series QSK.
