[1000mp] Is QSK with the MP or the MarkV possible?

What 7-4 and 7-5 settings will do the job? 

I find that there is 'distracting' thumping when the RX comes back on line.
The thump does not occur on the make.

I sort of thought that the problem was the time difference in millisecond
between the  drop of the RF output and the turn on of the RX. On the other
hand it may be that the gain rise time is too fast. Maybe the AGC has too
fast a rise time.

Has anyone done any research on this? Am I the only one noticing this? If so
I would like to know the settings other folks are using to be sure if is not
a menu selection problem on my part.

The thump is not dependent on running high power -- in fact, with only 5
watts output (or less) the thumps is still there which leads me to believe
it is an AGC matter.
