[1000mp] Connecting the Ameritron 811 amp to the 1000mp

My understanding is if you are not going to use the amp for QSK it's best to engage the LIN relay on the back of the unit.  Then connect a cable from the TNX GND jack to the AMP SEND jack.

Regarding ALC. My experience ALC control is very important. So you probably should connect a cable from the ALC jack to the amp.

I have done both with my Mark V Field and PW-1 linear.
