[1000mp] MkV Rx 'de-sensing'.

Hallo Mike!

I can confirm your observations with my Mark-V serial # 1L...
Two years ago I installed K9AN mod and I made comparison tests listening
with menu 7-7 CW-R set ON and OFF. With CW-R set to ON it happened sometimes
to get received signal attenuated about 15 dB when changing radio settings.
To restore full amplitude I have found the most convinient to push CONTOUR
filters OFF button. When no filter selected, pushing the button once does
not change any setting, only restores audio.
Probably it is DSP software glitch and I suspect there are others. They are
difficult to describe because they appear random and seldom and disappear
with any radio settings change. I have found listening with K9AN mod and
menu 7-7 CW-R set to OFF better for me so no problem with radio 'de-sensing'
for two years.
