[1000mp] Questions

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Yaesu YF110C filter and the
YX110C filter.  A dealer is telling me they are the exact same just
different numbers. So why are there different numbers??

YF 110 CN Filter
FH 1 Keypad

Anyone have any leads??
