[1000mp] display issue on mark v is funky

I think this issue has been discussed a number of times on the list, and 
the conclusion has been that it's a design/component selection problem 
involving the power supply for the display board.  I find that my Mk V 
consistently has this problem if it has not been on for a couple of weeks, 
and never has the problem if it has been on in the last day or two.  Like 
the RF getting into the monitor circuit, it's one of those quirks I no 
longer worry about.
