[1000mp] my MP that had 'relay' problem

I just got my rig back from the Yaesu doctor.

Replaced a changeover relay and found some cold solder joints.

Also something on the 70.455 IF amp causing
the IF noise to increase intermittently.

Basically 18 days turnaround.

Thanks to K0TO for suggesting Tim and of course thanks to Tim for
getting the rig back.
