I use the hazer on my 35 foot tower in my back yard,. I have a 3 element
mosley tr33 senior on it, and a high sierra vertical, + a dipole, with
antenna switching
boxes mounted to the hazer, a large rotator,, hazer has a thrust bearing of
course,
and I am using a 2.5" thick wall 8 foot aluminum mast on the rotator. The
tower
is a Rohn 25G with NO guys! The tr33 is 36 feet from the ground. the
base of the 25g is
in poured sack concrete 1.5 feet in diameter, 4.5' in loam type soil.
seems to
be holding quite nicely!
The hazer is their largest steel model, and works wonderfully. I did buy the
rollers separately, and consider them a good investment. It's a great
system.
I will not ever build another tower without a hazer. I'm 58 years old and
it SAVES my climbing so I still can work on my antennas. A GREAT system!!!
There, now you know how I feel.
