[1000mp] keyclicks in headphone /speaker

I own two ft1000mp's (1996 and 1997 production) and both have the same
clicks in the headphone/speaker
when using the MON in cw.the clicks are best heard ben you switch on the MON
whit the level fully CCW.
but you hear them also while monitoring your signal.
I checked a friend his radio and he dont have it.I checked another one and
got also those clicks.
any help on this ?
