[1000mp] Warranty repair documentation

This past spring, my Mark 5 came back from warranty repairs at Yaesu with 
an invoice covering parts used, and no other documentation of what they 
did, checked, etc.  I thought this was normal, but recently saw a check 
sheet that another person received this June, in the same circumstances, 
with a LOT more information.  I'm wondering which was normal in the 
time-frame (April 2002) when mine was done, and whether there's any point 
in trying to get the form on mine...
