You have the schematic for the rig... I'd fix it myself, with a thermal fuse 
that doesn't fail!  The "fuse" they are putting in may not be big enough...  
I wouldn't send it back to Yaesu, who knows when you will get it back... and 
it still may not be fixed for good!
