[1000mp] Display Dies Again

It's only a "semi-good" idea and only if the fuse is bad (obviously). So,
check the fuse first. It takes no more than 15 minutes to get to it even if
you've never taken the radio apart (assuming you are so inclined to open up
the MP yourself)

If it's bad, bypass it and you can see the display come back to life.  What
you do then is up to you!

If/when I find a suitable replacement, I'll be sure to post the info.
