[1000mp] help! 1000MP (NB) v TS950SD

Interesting....when QST reviewed the TS-850, they liked it, but mentioned
that the noise blanker was inferior to earlier HF Kenwood rigs (?TS-830?).
Guess the type of noise makes a big difference in whether a blanker is
"great" or "poor".  I'm in a urban location with multiple intermittent power
line noise sources and the (original) MP's noise blanker helps a lot.  It's
more effective than my TS-850's blanker, however I really like the 850 on
QSK when I don't need dual receive capability.
