[1000mp] What 2 look 4 when buying a used 1000

On the FT-1000(D), this might possibly point to a blown PIN diode in the BPF 
switching circuit.  Happened to my FT-1000D, and I understand it is not an 
uncommon occurrence.  Not too hard to check the diodes with a DVM and fix if 
that's the prob.  I pulled the entire board out - it wasn't bad at all.
