[1000mp] What 2 look 4 when buying a used 1000

Just measured the sensitivity of my FT1000MP and it shows the same value for
14, 21 and 28 MHz with FLAT RF amplifier.
If I switch RF amp. to TUNED the sensitivity doesn't change for 14 and 21,
but on 28MHz radio becomes much more sensitive.
Is this normal?
