Hello gentlemen ! (and YLs)

Maybe my first mail did not reach you, so let=B4s give it a second try =
!!!

Following problem:

We do have several FT1000D and also FT1000MP V at our contest station =
DF0CG.
And we also use DVS-2-units as a voice keyer to avoid voice problems...!
And last but not least we do use headsets for example from HEIL for SSB.

Situation is like this:
During a contest the volume is pushed up a bit to get the weak station =
out of the noise in the background or to get at least one signal out of =
a pile up.
Most of us use the monitor to check the own audio ! This volume can be =
controlled by a knob at the front.

But when we push the button of the DVS-2 to send a recorded =
message/answer or a "CQ contest" our ears are blown away, because the =
volume of the DVS-2-audio (not the output, but the audio to check by =
yourself) is controlled by the local/normal volume knob.

So what happens:
Calling CQ with the DVS-2, you have to turn down the volume of the =
speaker/headphone. But to get the station in the noise you have to turn =
it up again !!!

Where can I find a solution, to trough this problem away ???

I do not have any idea !

Regards de Jochen !
