You won't like the answer! You have to make a mod , change a resistor in
the"d" , in the AF unit R3161 goes from 1K Ohm Chip resistor to 6.8K Ohm
Chip resistor new part number J24205682. You have to remove the AF unit to
do this... Bunch of crap.. I just quit using mine and let the computer sound
board do the work.. My DVS-2 is for sale. When I shipped the "D" back to
Yaesu last year I requested that this mod be done but you know the story!!!!
