[1000mp] MP receive problem

I had/have a similar problem.  I narrowed it down to sticky/dirty bandpass
filter relay contacts.  As long as I occasionally transmit, all seems well.
I was running a scanning MBO for a while that did bandswitches about 3x per
minute and that really took a toll.

You might just give it some exercise and see if it cleans itself up before
tearing into it.  The relays are quite cheap BTW if that turns out to be the
issue.
