You hit the nail right on the head.  This is prevalant in many businesses
today.  If you walk into any store like Wal-mart, Home Depot, Staples, etc,
you will se a severe defficiency of help.  Once customer service used to be
the mantra of these organizations now the survival cry is cut payroll.
