The original copy (yesterday) had NO 5 kHZ measurements ...

Again, TU to the ARRL for the updated chart, yet I just noticed the TEXT
of the updated review still show ONLY the 20 kHz numbers ... 

Somewhere that needs to change also, as on one hand prior tests 
were @ 20 kHz, the newer standards are going to be @ 5 kHz. 

Perhaps the text should state one and in brackets, the older number ?  
Like ...  such and such data point measured 85 dB {93 dB @ 20 kHz}
