        The symptom was simply output limiting around 25 watts.  I
just sent it in for service (not Yaesu) and they replaced Q2036 in the
IF unit, but the problem reappeared after about a 30 minute warmup.  I
wondered if anyone else has seen this?  There was nothing to do with 
SWR but just as though the internal ALC was limiting at a much lower value 
than full output.  I'm talking about the MP only...not with the ALC line
externally connected to a linear.
