[Yaesu] Yaesu FT897D and full duty cycle modes

Look at the specifications for RTTY. Typically also continuous power for 
minutes at a time. My 857D manua just says drive on RTTY to 16 ALC bit 
displays on the screen, doesn't set a maximum power output. In the 857D 
there is a digital transmit gain in the menu mode number 37. The 857D is 
compact but the fan works a lot to keep it cool when transmitting.
