[Yaesu] Yaesu FP-757HD (Heathkit SBA-1400-4) power supply connector needed

On the pre-wired factory power cord for this supply is an NTK connector, 
like a Jones connector, it is female cable mount, 3/16" spade terminal sockets, with this pattern:

What I am trying to find is a male cable mount plug for this. If anyone has "been there, done that" and can advise source, please QSL.
