[Yaesu] FT 890 problems

Try a simple power up reset. It could be that the memory hold battery 
just went dead and the controller comes up with bad settings. A power up 
reset will start it clean. The battery usually has solder tabs and is 
soldered in place. Since its circuit is never off, soldering has to be 
done with care and an ungrounded soldering iron.
