[Yaesu] questions---questions---questions

I've decided to get a Yaesu FT-987.   Boy, do I have questions.......

1.  I'd like to get it with Collins 500hz CW filter and Collins 2.3 SSB filter.   Are ther other filter arrangements which be better?  The FC-30 antenna tuner added in, too.  

2.  I think the FP-30 power supply would be best for me.  Any thoughts here?

3.  Is there a mike supplied?  Not clear on this.  If not, what would be the best one?

4.  For the stores which sell new equipment:   what kind of markup on gear is there?   I was thinking about asking them to give me 10% cash deduction, and I'd pick it up in store.  Any thoughts on that?
