[Yaesu] FT-101EE low power out on all bands BUT 40 meters

Are all the bandswitch sections switching? Is there some part of the 
stack of bandswitch wafers stuck on 40m? Sometimes the PA bandswitch is 
driving by a belt or chain from the exciter bandswitch and its possible 
for that belt to have broken. I don't know about the 101EE in that 
regard but that's where I'd check.
