[Yaesu] FT-101EE low power out on all bands BUT 40 meters

Trying to troubleshoot an FT-101EE 



tubes all check out GOOD 



radios has good ears on all bands... 



40 meters  100+ watts.... 

all other bands  1-10 watts..... 



any help is appreciated.... 



I already 



1- checked the tubes, all passed with good on my tube testor. 

2- U sed contact cleaner on all the selector switches and relay. 

3- re seated the boards. 

4- inspected for obvious failed componants. [burnt. cracked, etc.. none found.
