[Yaesu] FT-450 6 Meter Problem

Sounds like it's oscillating. If you're tecnically knowledgeable, you 
might have a look at the final and driver boards for burned or 
miscolored parts like resistors. If nothing is obvious, then check 
the bias voltage(s) on both the driver and final. Also, make a SSB 
QSO on 10M and ask whether there is any distortion; that may be a good clue.
