  Well, if you browse the bay place, with "Yaesu FT-60", and disregard the
100-odd battery offers, you'll find a variety of microphones and earphones.
I've seen the gamut from hand-held speaker/mikes, to in-the-ear and PTT
on the lapel, to throat mikes, I've seen one skull-type (think fireman), and
some clandestine types (rubber ear insert, mike on the cuff and PTT in
the hand.  You look, it's out there.
