steve, you are correct, and i forgot to mention a very important item..... everyone pay attention to this one!!!!

I TAKE MY BIG TICKET ITEMS DIRECTLY TO FED EX KINKOS OR FED EX
OPEN!!!!!! I ASK THE CLERKS TO INSPECT THE PACKING, MARK DOWN THEIR
NAMES AND KEEP IT IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE! i also take pictures of the packing process step by step.  its just another safety redundancy to
help my cause in the event of damage. i tell fed ex that the box was
open and inspected by your employee "john doe" and he indicated that it
was acceptable.
