[Yaesu] Perplexing Problem...

Nope, holding the up and down buttons doesn't turn on or off or otherwise 
change anything on this radio for some reason.

Ok, I should revise that...  The power is being switched off by a relay, so 
its not a slow decline, its off right then as I release the relay.
