[Yaesu] FT-2400H CPU Jumper Help!!

It does show the jumpers on the Schematic, but it doesn't show them 
connected, it just shows the pads that would received the solder blob to 
jumper them.  I was hoping that the Schematic might have the default setting 
on them but its generic to the radio.

Evidently they just supplied the same schematic for all the builds.  The 
jumpers can set it for different countries of use.
