  This kind of info appears to be only in the Service Manual, and as far as I can tell,
it's not downloadable. I saw one person selling it for $14.

  I was trying to look on mods.dk, and since I'm limited to viewing only
one a day (I'm not a $$ member), I tried one article, the one called
"Yaesu VHF mod for commercial splits". Nothing there about the
jumpers. I'd suggest that you (or someone) go to the link below,

and see if it shows the jumpers there (it should).
