[Yaesu] Yaesu FT-100D HF Transistor Finals

Hello all.....
 
Would anybody have the original make and model of the HF transistor finals  
used in the Yaesu FT-100D?
If it is no longer produced, what is the equivalent make and model.
If I am not mistaken, the SRF-7043 is used as the VHF/UHF transistor  final.
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
