[Yaesu] FT990

[W9RPM]

Looking for some help in getting into the 990 menu to adjust the frequency 
offset. A fellow ham has tried several ways to get into it. You are supposed 
to press and hold the FAST button along with the RF FSP buttons. This 
doesn't work. Has tried every possible way of doing it. Pressing  and 
holding the FAST and the press the RF FSP etc.... Nothing works. Have reset
