[Yaesu] VX-170 plug

Just so everyone knows, if you need a pigtail with the threaded VX 4 
conductor plug go over to Argent Data Systems, who also sells the 
Opentracker.  He has pigtails with the plug installed.

I bought one from him when making a VX-7R programming cable.  I was going to 
order a couple more recently and i think they were out of stock at the time, 
but the website shows they are in stock again.  Cheap too, compared to 
taking an adapter cable and chopping it.
