[Yaesu] Ft-5100

I have a FT-5100 that I did a reset on today.
After the reset none of the buttons worked .
Also they didn't work before the reset.
Is there anything else that can be done to get the radio to work so it 
can be used again.
I would like to use the radio for public service events.
