There is a well-known N-Channel MOSFET replacement to increase the RX sensitivity of the mixer (Q103) in the FT-301. I believe that it also increases the sensitivity of the first RF amplifier of the FT-101. Does anyone know which MOSFET is used for this replacement? Thanks Deon ZS1ZL
