[Yaesu] FT-2000

Hello all,

I am considering purchasing a  Yaesu FT-2000 and wanted to get some
fewedback about it from those with hands-on experience. Can you tell me how
the receiver reaaly is and does It do dual watch type operation ? How is the
DSP for those with Icom 756pro III's  ? Is it stable ? I heard that you can
change the roofing filter...is this tr;ue;. Also, is there a speech
synthesizer for those of us that are visually impaired ? Thanks for the help
