My belief is there is no added value for a few db difference between radios 
if the cost for those few db is several hundred bucks but that is just my 
way of enjoying the hobby.  Those optimal specs are just a nice to have and 
I'd rather spend the money on antennas where one can really easily 
experience the difference rather than wondering about it!
